Practiced Mesothelioma Attorney

Allyson Romani is a long-time practitioner of plaintiff's litigation. Before pursuing law, Allyson worked as a marketing director for a large engineering firm. This experience has taught her how to best appeal to a wide audience, which is a valuable asset when convincing a court that her clients were victims of serious mistreatment.

In 2009 Allyson joined Shrader & Associates L.L.P. as a mesothelioma lawyer. Her long experience arguing on behalf of plaintiffs has yielded successful outcomes for numerous victims of asbestos and benzene exposure.

Demonstrated Capability In Multi-Million Dollar Cases

Allyson holds a BS from the University of Illinois in Political Science and Speech Communications—valuable skills when working as an attorney. After deciding to pursue a legal career, she earned her law degree at St. Louis University. In a relatively short amount of time, Allyson began managing multi-million dollar cases.

Seeing the difficult struggles victims of toxic exposure experience, Allyson has represented several clients on a pro-bono basis who would have otherwise been unable to seek justice. While her work has seen her represent clients throughout the country, her primary area of practice is in Illinois. Her contributions were a major reason Shrader & Associates L.L.P. was able to open a second office in Madison County, Illinois.

Allyson has been invited to give lectures across the country on asbestos and toxic tort litigation, as well as gender equality in the legal field. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Madison County Bar Association. In her free time, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.
